Team Leader Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst – Team Leader is responsible for leading the data analytics function, driving data-driven decision-making, and managing a team of analysts. This role ensures high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights while enhancing analytics capabilities and aligning with business objectives.Duties & Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Oversee the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to support strategic decision-making. Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all data processes. Guide the team in data cleaning, transformation, validation, and ETL processes. Develop and optimize SQL queries and manage databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Utilize Python (pandas, numpy) for advanced data analysis and automation. Drive the use of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for impactful reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and advanced analytics. Support big data initiatives, including tools like Apache Spark. Ensure best practices in data management, security, and compliance.RequirementsTechnical Skills Strong expertise in SQL and database management systems. Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
