This role involves leading and coaching a sales team to achieve targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent adherence to company processes. The team leader will manage client relationships, conduct property consultations, present suitable real estate options, and follow up throughout the sales cycle. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders, reviewing market trends, preparing sales reports, and supporting team members in negotiations.
