This role focuses on supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle by addressing technical inquiries, clarifying engineering and design details, and ensuring that client requirements are accurately translated into project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client requests, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with engineering, construction, and sales teams, and participating in site visits as needed to resolve technical issues. The Technical Client Relations Engineer also contributes to improving client satisfaction by following up on issues, recommending solutions, and maintaining clear, professional communication.QualificationsStrong customer-facing and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Solid understanding of engineering or construction principles, preferably in real estate projects, with experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, or project plans.Ability to analyze client requirements, identify technical constraints, and coordinate solutions across cross-functional teams.Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including preparing technical summaries, presentations, and follow-up reports for internal and external stakeholders.Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on timely issue handling and continuous improvement of client experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, architectural, or related field) or a closely related technical discipline.Previous experience in client support, technical coordination, or site-based roles within real estate or construction is preferred.
