Technical Office Engineer

Study the company’s technical portfolio to maintain a strong understanding of product capabilities and applications.Study project documents (specifications, drawings, and BOQs) to select the correct products that meet technical and compliance standards.Prepare technical submittals, drawings, and compliance sheets with project specifications and provide structured replies.Meet with consultants to present and explain the technical aspects of our products, ensuring clarity and alignment with project needs.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.Maintain organized records of submittals, approvals, and compliance responses.Keep accurate records of projects in the tender stage for tracking and follow-up.Coordinate with the sales team by providing updated reports on projects that have moved from tender to active stage. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)2–3 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and product specificationsProficiency in AutoCAD & MS OfficeStrong communication skills
