The role involves overseeing architectural technical office activities, including reviewing and coordinating technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications, and supporting design implementation. The manager will collaborate with project teams to prepare and review bills of quantities, monitor budgets, and assist in project scheduling and resource planning. Daily tasks include conducting technical research, resolving design-related issues, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and company standards. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of technical processes in the office.Qualifications15 years of experience.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Experience in real estate development or construction projects, preferably in technical office roles.Candidates should possess strong technical drawing and architectural detailing skills, with proficiency in relevant CAD and BIM software.Candidates should possess budgeting and cost control skills, including experience with estimating, bills of quantities, and financial tracking for construction projects.Candidates should possess project management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and progress reporting.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and interdisciplinary coordination within building projects.Candidates should possess research and analytical skills to review codes, standards, materials, and solutions that support efficient and compliant design.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and work effectively in an on-site office environment in Cairo.
