The role involves overseeing the recruitment process for technical positions, managing hiring teams, and ensuring that recruitment strategies align with organizational goals. Key tasks include leading and supporting recruitment initiatives, developing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, coordinating with department heads, and maintaining compliance with hiring standards and practices.QualificationsMust be Alexandria Resident or open to Re-allocate.Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management abilities for overseeing recruitment teams and ensuring efficient workflows.Excellent Analytical Skills to assess candidates' suitability and to refine recruitment processes for effective talent acquisition.Exceptional Communication skills for liaising with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.Technical Support knowledge to understand the specific technical requirements of open positions and evaluate candidates accordingly.Experience in recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems, and human resource procedures.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.Proven track record of success in technical recruitment and supervisory roles.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
