We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. Providing technical support service to our customers remotely and on site Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes Provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems Perform site survey provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports using zoho desk ticketing system ,ManageEngine tools. Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications and peripherals Perform required maintenance for Cameras, NVR, Time attendance, Access Control, Network nodes and cables installation. Requirements Education field: Computer Science. Communication & Electronics. Information Technology Electricity knowledge. Virtualization. Comptia N+, Comptia A+, MS Office are essential.
