The platform is designed to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance the patient and staff experience.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Specialist at FLO Clinics. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to clinics and healthcare providers to introduce FLO Clinics’ platform, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team. Responsibilities include following up on leads, managing call lists and call schedules, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM. The role also involves answering basic product questions, addressing initial objections, and directing more complex inquiries to appropriate team members. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support lead nurturing campaigns and achieve weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets.Qualifications Proven ability in Lead Generation, including qualifying prospects, nurturing interest, and setting appointments.Strong Sales skills, with experience handling objections, presenting value, and contributing to revenue goals.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide a positive experience on every call and escalate issues appropriately.Comfort using CRM and telephony tools to track calls, notes, and lead status; basic proficiency with office productivity software.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote, structured, target-driven environment.Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles; experience in healthcare or SaaS is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
