Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & OutreachConduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities.Validate and update customer information within the existing database.Add new accounts and gather customer requirements and business needs.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.Customer EngagementEngage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and challenges.Provide relevant information about products and services.Address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Sales SupportQualify leads and schedule meetings, demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.Support the sales team in achieving lead generation and sales objectives.Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.Data Entry & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer and lead information in the CRM system.Track daily activities, call outcomes, and lead status.Prepare reports on lead generation activities and performance metrics.Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all records.CollaborationWork closely with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.Share customer feedback and market insights to support sales strategies.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a similar role.Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
