Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Telesales Executive to join our team on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October. In this role, you will proactively contact potential and existing customers, address inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and promote our logistics and delivery services. You will also be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to achieving sales goals. QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.Proven Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to ensure client satisfaction.Experience with Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth and achieve targets.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Previous experience in logistics, eCommerce, or related fields is an advantage.Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
