We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to head up our growing Telesales team. You will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new Telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.TelesalesManage CRM activities to maintain telesales team pipelineWriting sales scripts and customer answer sheets.Monitoring the performance of the sales team.Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phoneHead up growing Telesales team by Setting weekly and monthly sales targets and update all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customerHiring, training & coaching Provide coaching and training to assist in exceeding future member expectations, driving sales results, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines, and building customer loyalty.Manage team to achieve goals on phone service levels, call quality, outbound contacts, salesResponsible for department recruitment and retention, as well as accurate and regular reports regarding staff changesCoach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.Create a good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results. At least 4 Years in Tele Sales Field with 2 Years as Team Leader or SupervisorStrong managerial and sales skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Excellent user of MS Office and CRM software.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is plus
