Role Description Review and analyze project tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, legends, and vendor lists to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.Select lighting fixtures and propose fully compliant alternatives when required, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved vendor lists, and technical standards.Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations, evaluate technical and commercial offers, and ensure compliance with tender requirements while achieving the best pricing and delivery schedules.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, compliance sheets, submission documents, and all required tender documentation in line with client requirements and company procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in lighting tenderingGood command of English (written and spoken).Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Ability to work independently, manage tasks remotely, and meet deadlines.Remote work capability is required (ability to work effectively from home).
