Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Manager will oversee the ticketing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in ticket issuance and management. Key responsibilities include managing ticketing processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, troubleshooting booking issues, collaborating with vendors and service providers, and monitoring ticketing performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves staff supervision, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, visas, and travel insurance.Supervise daily ticketing operations and ensure timely processing of travel requests and bookings.Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers to secure competitive rates and service agreements.Monitor travel budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.Ensure compliance with company travel policies, procedures, and approval workflows.Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications accurately and efficiently.Support executives and employees with urgent, complex, or VIP travel arrangements.Maintain accurate travel records, reports, invoices, and vendor reconciliations.Prepare periodic reports on travel expenses, travel trends, savings analysis, and operational performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and service providers.Resolve travel-related issues, disruptions, or emergencies promptly and professionally.Monitor market trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.Lead, train, and evaluate ticketing and travel coordination staff to maintain high performance standards.Identify opportunities to improve travel processes, traveler experience, and operational efficiency.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Operations Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in ticketing, corporate travel management, travel agency operations, or business travel coordination, with experience in a supervisory or managerial roleStrong knowledge of airline reservation systems and GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or SabreStrong understanding of airline fares, routing, ticketing regulations, visa procedures, and travel documentation requirementsProven experience in budget monitoring, expense control, and travel cost optimization.Excellent command of written and spoken English
