Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-end video content for property tours, walk-throughs, architectural showcases, and corporate milestone events.Craft engaging, fast-paced short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored for real estate marketing and social media trends.Handle advanced color correction and grading to ensure properties and construction sites look visually stunning, polished, and true to life.Synchronize high-quality audio, select appropriate background music, and insert clean, professional motion graphics or typography for property details (amenities, pricing, location).Collaborate closely with the marketing, photography, and site teams to align on project timelines and visual style guidelines.Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio or showreel heavily featuring real estate or corporate event videography.Mastery of professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Solid understanding of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) for creating clean titles, lower thirds, and property feature call-outs.Excellent eye for pacing, lighting, visual storytelling, and music selection.Ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
