The Group continues to expand its operations while focusing on product quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Summary of RoleWe’re looking for a Trade Marketing Executive who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and on-ground execution. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, improving in-store presence, and supporting sales performance through effective trade campaigns and activations.You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and distributors to make sure our products stand out where it matters most — at the point of purchase.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and sales objectivesDevelop and implement in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising guidelinesCoordinate with the sales team to ensure proper execution across all channelsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize trade plansManage POS materials (design, production, and distribution)Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reportsBuild strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partnersEnsure brand visibility and consistency across all retail touchpointsTrack and manage trade marketing budgets effectivelyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or retailStrong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviorExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into insightsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong organizational and project management skills
