The group is known for combining industrial scale with consistent product quality and reliability.Role SummaryTo support and manage daily export operations, coordinate international customer communications, prepare export documentation, and ensure smooth shipment and order execution in alignment with company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all export shipments from origin to destinationPrepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading)Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policiesCommunicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and clientsTrack shipments and resolve any delays or issues during transitCalculate duties, tariffs, and shipping costsMaintain accurate records of all export activitiesHandle payment termsWork closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance)Required SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or any related field.Experience: 2–3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or shipping, preferably within the manufacturing/factory sector.Strong knowledge of Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW)Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping proceduresExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityGood command of English (written and spoken)
