We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Training Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and classroom execution, ensuring our training programs translate directly into agent excellence and operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipPerformance Monitoring: Follow up on agent performance and certification processes to ensure a seamless transition from training to production.Resource Allocation: Participate in project kick-offs and strategically assign trainers based on project complexity and departmental needs.Team Management: Manage and monitor trainers’ daily performance, providing feedback and reporting directly to the Training Manager.Accountability: Monitor and execute action plans for low-performing classes to bring them up to standard.Program Delivery & Quality ControlCurriculum Maintenance: Review and update training materials (MST & curriculum) to keep pace with evolving business needs.Consistency: Audit training sessions to ensure material consistency, quality of delivery, and adherence to brand standards.Direct Instruction: Deliver key training programs (Orientation, Customer Service, Technical) as required.Leadership Development: Manage and track specialized Team Leader (TL) training programs to build our internal leadership pipeline.Data & Continuous ImprovementEffectiveness Analysis: Evaluate training impact using detailed reports, post-training surveys, and performance data.Problem Resolution: Handle training-related complaints and implement corrective actions swiftly.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceCertification: TTT (Train the Trainer) or TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is highly preferred.Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Call Center environment or the Training field.Professional CompetenciesAnalytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable training adjustments.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both classroom delivery and executive reporting.Leadership: Proven ability to delegate tasks, coach subordinates, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Technical Savvy: Expertise in presentation tools and training delivery software.
