This role is foundational to our success, ensuring the quality and timely supply of all ingredients and materials needed to deliver the signature Joe & The Juice experience.Role SummaryAs the Training Manager, you are the guardian of the brand’s soul. You are responsible for ensuring every "Joe" behind the counter embodies our culture, masters our recipes, and delivers high-energy service. You will design, implement, and oversee the entire training ecosystem—from the initial "vibe check" during onboarding to advanced leadership workshops for Store Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Strategy & Curriculum DesignLocalized Onboarding: Adapt global brand standards to the Egyptian market, ensuring the "Joe" culture translates authentically.Technical Mastery: Develop modules for juice/coffee preparation, food safety (HACCP), and POS system proficiency.Soft Skills: Create workshops on "The Art of the Vibe"—teaching staff how to engage customers, manage high-pressure shifts, and upsell with charisma.On-the-Ground ExecutionStore Openings (NROs): Lead the "Task Force" for all new store openings across Egypt, ensuring the team is 100% ready for Day 1.Field Coaching: Spend 75–90% of your time in the stores, performing "side-by-side" coaching to correct techniques and boost morale.Certification: Manage the "Barista to Manager" certification pipeline, ensuring only the best-trained staff move up the ranks.Performance & Quality ControlMystery Shopper Analysis: Review performance data and create targeted training "rehab" programs for stores falling below standards.KPI Tracking: Monitor the impact of training on turnover rates, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction scores.Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and labor law requirements are strictly followed and documented.Leadership & CultureInternal Growth: Identify high-potential employees (HiPos) and prepare them for Assistant Manager and Store Manager roles.Culture Building: Organize internal competitions (e.g., "Best Juice Maker in Egypt") to maintain high energy and brand pride. Required Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 8+ years in Training  within Coffee Industry or Specialty Coffee is a MUST.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Hospitality Management.Communication: Native-level Arabic and excellent English (the brand’s global language).The "Vibe": You must be high-energy, approachable, and able to connect with Gen Z and Millennial staff.Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between Cairo, Giza, and eventually North Coast locations.Skills & CompetenciesOperational Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of F&B operations, specifically high-volume juice/coffee bar flow and equipment maintenance.Data Literacy: Ability to read a P&L statement and identify where a "training gap" is causing high wastage or low upsell numbers.Cultural Intelligence: A deep understanding of the Egyptian workforce—knowing how to motivate Gen Z staff while maintaining the professional respect required in a local business context.Resilience & Agility: The "Joe" environment is loud and fast. You must stay calm and "cool" even when a store opening is chaotic or a blender breaks mid-training.Succession Planning: A talent-spotter’s eye. You should be able to see a "Barista" today and know if they have the DNA to be a " Store Manager" in two years.Change Management: Experience in rolling out new menu items or tech (like a new POS or App) across multiple locations simultaneously without disrupting service.LMS Management: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Attensi, TalentLMS) or the ability to implement one.Content Creation: Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or PowerPoint to create visually engaging training materials that align with the brand's aesthetic.
