The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Responsibilities: Drive the annual people development strategy across commercial and non-commercial teamsLead and coach a high-performing learning teamDesign innovative learning programs using Instructional Design and LMS toolsCollaborate cross-functionally to align learning with business goals and new product launchesFoster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellenceRequirementsMBA (mandatory) - preferably in HR, Learning & Development, or BusinessMinimum 5 years of experience in People Development, L&D, or Talent Development (pharma, consumer health, or FMCG)At least 2 years in a leadership role managing learning or people development teamsCertified Trainer with Train-the-Trainer (TOT) certificationStrong expertise in Instructional Design and LMS managementExcellent communication and fluency in English
