Job Summary:The Senior Officer / Officer – Transformation & Change Management supports the execution of change initiatives by coordinating change activities, communications, training, and adoption tracking. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth implementation and effective engagement of impacted employees during transformation initiatives.Job Responsibilities:Support the execution of change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, and communications.Track progress, identify adoption challenges, and escalate risks while ensuring adherence to change management standards and tools.Support bank-wide capacity sizing and FTE calculation through data collection, workload analysis, trackers, and dashboards.Prepare and distribute communications materials such as emails, presentations, FAQs, and guides.Assist with stakeholder engagement by preparing communications materials and coordinating workshops and feedback sessions.Coordinate training logistics and materials, collect adoption and feedback data, and provide day-to-day support to managers and employees during and after implementation.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.3 : 5 +years of experience in change management, project coordination, business transformation, communications, or transformation-related roles, preferably within the financial services industry.Basic to intermediate knowledge of change management concepts and tools (e.g., ADKAR).Human Capital Sector
