Job Summary:Manage and coordinate employee travel and logistics services, ensuring efficient travel arrangements, cost-effective partnerships, and seamless booking processes that support business operations.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement employee travel and accommodation policies.Manage hotel, airline, and travel agency relationships, contracts and arrangements.Negotiate rates and service agreements with travel providers.Support employee travel for training programs, meetings, and business assignments.Maintain relationships with government entities, embassies, and service providers.Monitor travel expenses and ensure cost efficiency.Ensure accurate execution of all travel and accommodation procedures.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Minimum 8 years of experience in related fields.
