Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical projects within Housing & Development Bank (HDB). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management preferable within the Egyptian banking sector, experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), CMMI, Agile methodologies, and understanding of CBE regulations and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Ensure all projects comply with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations, internal policies, and international banking standards.Quality Assurance & Process Improvement.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, senior executives, IT teams, vendors, and compliance officers.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with banking regulations and cybersecurity standards.Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a degree in a suitable and relevant field.Experience: Minimum 5+years of project management experience, preferably within Egyptian banks.Practical experience in one of the following (at least):CMMI, ISO 9001, ITIL, Six Sigma, and other Quality Management Systems (QMS) , Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologiesProfessional Certifications (Preferred one of the following at least):PMP (Project Management Professional)PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe AgileITIL or Six Sigma certification is a plus.Key CompetenciesStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
