Manage the receipt, recording, tracking, and distribution of all treasury documents.Prepare and handle cheques, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation.Prepare bank transfers (local and international), ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required data and supporting documents.Assist in the preparation and documentation of drawback files in line with applicable regulations and requirements.Draft internal memos, official letters, and professional correspondence with banks and external parties.Establish, implement, and maintain an effective document control and archiving system for both physical (hard copy) and digital (soft copy) records.Organize, classify, and securely store all physical documents to ensure ease of access.Develop and maintain a structured digital archiving system for critical and sensitive documents, ensuring proper backup and accessibility.Archive and safeguard key company documents, including:Corporate legal documentsFacility agreements and loan documentationBanking documents and correspondenceContracts and other official paperwork.Ensure all archived documents are properly labeled, regularly updated.Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, update, and maintain accurate documentation records. • Minimum of 1 years of experience .• Good understanding of business, investments, and relationship management.• good in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.• Strong communication skills and professional presence.• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.• Time management.• Fast execution and strong follow-up.• Attention to detail.
