We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces and experiences. This position is open only to candidates located in Alexandria, as occasional in-person collaboration may be required.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs effectively.Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance designs and user experiences.QualificationsProven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.Minimum 5 years of experience is a mustProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.Experience with responsive design and familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions.Knowledge of Atomic DesignMust be located in Alexandria for potential in-person collaboration.How to applyApplication is only possible using LinkedIn Portal
