Unified Communication and Replication management Team Leader

Job Summary:This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of Unified Communication across teams and technologies. Job Responsibilities:Conduct risk assessments to identify cybersecurity threats, operational vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the Unified Communication network infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the data replication infrastructure. Keep Replication communication WAN/LAN under monitoring 24/7 and coordinate with application, system, DB, and storage management to be aligned in case of failure.Manage the deployment and optimization of collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom). Evaluate and integrate tools that enhance team productivity, communication, and workflow.Ensure seamless interoperability between collaboration systems and existing IT infrastructure.Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect network and collaboration systems.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry specific standards.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in networking and collaboration.Recommend and implement innovations to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to identify and address networking and communication needs.Provide regular updates and reports to executive management on NOCC performance and strategic initiatives.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Unified communication Extensive experience with enterprise network design, monitoring, and optimization.
