The role focuses on managing manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational efficiency within a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the end-to-end production process, from receiving designs to final outputCoordinate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate execution of specificationsPlan, schedule, and monitor production activities and timelinesEnsure quality standards are maintained across all production stagesSupervise upholstery, cutting, assembly, and finishing processesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availabilityTroubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutionsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and operational standardsPrepare and analyze production reports and performance metricsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or relevant3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or upholsteryExperience in office furniture or automotive seating (e.g., buses or commercial vehicles) Strong experience in managing full production cyclesStrong knowledge of furniture production processes (upholstery, cutting, assembly, finishing)Experience in quality control and material inspectionKnowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with production planning and schedulingStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and qualityProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Experience with SolidWorks or similar design tools is a plusAbility to prepare and analyze reportsGood command of EnglishHands-on and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work on-site within a manufacturing environment
