Role OverviewThe UX/UI Design Lead is responsible for leading the design strategy and execution for digital productsacross web and mobile platforms. This role ensures that all user experiences are visually consistent, andaligned with business goals while maintaining high usability standards. Lead and mentor the UX/UI design team, providing guidance and feedback.Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to define product requirements.Identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.Oversee the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Ensure all interfaces follow UX guidelines, design frameworks, documentation, accessibility,responsiveness, and usability standards.Maintain consistency with the product design system and component library.Review delivered features to ensure they meet UX and UI standards.Participate in product planning.Review and approve design outputs before development.Track design performance through analytics and user feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years experience in UX/UI Design5+ years experience in leading or managing design teamsStrong expertise in UX methodologies and user-centered designAdvanced skills in Figma, Figma make, Design system, Adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator,or similar design toolsExperience designing web and mobile applicationsStrong understanding of design systems and scalable UI frameworksExperience with usability testing and user research Soft SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrategic thinking with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to balance user needs and business goals
