Job Summary:Oversee daily warehouse operations for Castrol Egypt, ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of inbound orders from the toll blender and outbound deliveries to distributors, while maintaining compliance with HSSE, quality control and local regulatory standards, and managing monthly inventory counts.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Inbound & Outbound OperationsManage and execute inbound orders from the toll blender to the Castrol Egypt warehouseEnsure accurate and timely fulfilment of outbound orders from the warehouse to distributorsVerify that all order quantities, product specifications, and documentation are correct before dispatchCoordinate with logistics and the toll blender to resolve discrepancies or delaysCoordinate shipping plan & follow up closely with drivers, toll blender & distributor to ensure best utilization of trucks while minimizing cost related to over nights, extra shifts, working of vacations….etc. Warehouse Team ManagementSupervise the daily operations of the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to standard operating proceduresAssign tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure optimal resource utilizationConduct regular performance feedback and coaching for warehouse staffBuild a culture of safety, discipline and continuous improvement within the teamInventory & Stock ManagementManage stock levels, storage layout, and product rotation within the warehouseExecute monthly inventory counts accurately and submit reconciliation reports on timeIdentify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and obsolete itemsSupport damages investigation to identify root cause & responsible party.Maintain accurate warehouse records in the ERP/WMS systemHSSE & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with HSSE standards, QC procedures, and applicable local regulationsConduct regular safety inspections and enforce safe working practicesReport incidents, near misses and non-conformances promptlyEnsure proper labelling, segregation, and storage of hazardous materialsKey Competencies:Warehouse & inventory managementHSSE complianceTeam supervisionPlanning & prioritisationAttention to detailProblem solvingCommunicationResults drivenContinuous improvementSystems proficiencyMinimum Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related fieldMinimum Experience:5-7 years warehouse operations experience, preferably in lubricants, chemicals or FMCG
