Warranty Engineer

Job Purpose:To support warranty operations by handling warranty claims, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution in line with Johnson Controls Arabia standards.Key Responsibilities:· Assist in processing and tracking warranty claims from initiation to closure· Maintain accurate documentation and records of warranty cases· Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure· Coordinate with Service, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams for investigation and resolution· Perform basic technical review of HVAC-related issues under supervision· Update and generate reports using SAP and internal systems· Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders and customers· Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standardsRequirements:· Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components· Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, basic reporting tools)· Good command of English (spoken and written)· SAP knowledge is an advantage· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
