Key Responsibilities:Process Design & Development: Create and refine engineering processes for water desalination plant, ensuring efficiency and scalabilityInnovation & Research: Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance water desalination plantTechnical Evaluation: Conduct feasibility studies to identify the most effective desalination technologies approaches for diverse environmentsDocumentation & Calculation: Prepare technical documents including process calculations water balances, flow diagrams, and system descriptionsEquipment Selection: Size and specify process equipment according to project requirementsProblem-Solving: Address design challenges with creative, practical solutionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.5–8 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally with at least 5 years in water desalination sectorExperience in process design with a consistent record of efficient and high-quality project delivery.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.Familiarity with international guideline, cods, standards, regulations, and best practices in water desalination processHands-on experience with small to mega-scale plant design, process calculations, flow diagrams, and water system configuration.Knowledge of demineralization plant and other water and wastewater treatment systems is a plus.
