Job Title: Senior Healthcare Architect (Hospital Design Specialist)Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Senior Healthcare Architect specializing in hospital design. The selected candidate will lead and manage healthcare and hospital projects from concept through detailed design stages, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, patient experience, and international healthcare standards.The role involves developing architectural concepts, managing design development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, medical planners), and ensuring efficient integration of all building systems. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in architectural design.Proven experience in healthcare and hospital projects is a MUST.Strong expertise in:Hospital planning and medical workflowsFunctional zoning (ER, ICU, OR, inpatient, outpatient)Administrative and service areasProficiency in:AutoCADRevit (BIM experience is highly preferred)Strong experience in multidisciplinary coordination (MEP & structural).Solid understanding of local and international building codes and healthcare regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred:Experience in large-scale healthcare projectsFamiliarity with international healthcare standards (e.g., HTM, FGI)Professional licensing or certificationEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus)How to Apply:Send your updated CV and portfolio to: hr@elafificonsultant.comOnly shortlisted candidates with proven healthcare experience will be contacted.
