Job Summary:Handle relationships with high-net-worth customers through handling queries and marketing/selling products.Job Description:Achieve sales targets as per wealth Management department objectives.Utilizing opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing Customers.Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales.Maintain strong relationships with priority customers and refer new sales opportunities to Senior relationship Manager.Deliver high-quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints.Resolve issues and complaints from clients; escalate issue if needed to the senior relationship manager.Process requests from new customers and provide them with excellent service.Support CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions are promptly logged and documents completed.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration from reputable university.Relationship Manager: Minimum of 4 years in same field.Relationship Senior Manager: Minimum of 7 years in same field.Experience of handling customer transactions and requests.Sales of products and services.
