Pinerium is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and business-oriented Zoho Sales Account Manager Intern to support sales activities, customer engagement, business development initiatives, and Zoho solution positioning across multiple industries.This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS, CRM systems, business development, consultative selling, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Sales Account Managers, Presales Consultants, and Zoho Solution teams to gain hands-on experience in lead qualification, customer discovery, solution positioning, account management, and sales operations.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, confident in communication, interested in business technology solutions, and passionate about building a career in sales, consulting, and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Support Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. Support lead generation and prospect research activities. Help maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines. Assist in preparing sales reports and opportunity tracking updates. Support outbound communication and follow-up activities. Customer Engagement & Account Support Assist in scheduling discovery meetings and customer discussions. Support customer relationship management activities. Help gather client information and business requirements. Assist in maintaining communication records and account updates. Support customer follow-up and engagement initiatives. Solution Positioning & Presales Coordination Work with Presales Consultants to understand Zoho solutions and business value propositions. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and solution documentation. Support demonstration preparation and customer meetings. Learn how Zoho solutions solve business challenges across different industries. Assist in competitor and market research activities. Sales Operations & Documentation Maintain accurate records within Zoho CRM. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities. Help organize customer data and opportunity records. Ensure documentation accuracy and professionalism. Learning & Professional Development Participate in Zoho product training and sales enablement sessions. Learn SaaS sales methodologies, CRM concepts, and consultative selling techniques. Stay updated on Zoho products, business applications, and industry trends. Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs. Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in SaaS, CRM systems, business development, and technology sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic understanding of sales processes or customer relationship management concepts. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or business software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
