Since 2006, we have been delivering customized marketing solutions across the GCC and Levant, including Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.Position: Account Executive (Junior Level)Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the management of client accounts, mainly focusing on retail POSM and in-store display projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in managing day-to-day communication with clients across different industriesCoordinate project details with internal teams (Operations, Production, and Studio)Assist in preparing project briefs and follow-ups to ensure proper executionParticipate in client meetings and status calls, and document meeting outcomesTrack project timelines and ensure deadlines are metAssist in preparing proposals and presentations for client projectsSupport senior team members in handling project requirements and client requestsMonitor project progress and report any risks or delaysEnsure quality and accuracy in deliverables before client submissionRequirements1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferably BTL / POSM / Retail)Strong communication and coordination skillsGood organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic understanding of retail activations and production processes is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive and detail-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a teamPassion for marketing, branding, and on-ground activationsWillingness to work closely with production teams in a factory environment
