This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading key client accounts across multiple markets and driving regional business growth.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping client strategies, leading high-impact campaigns, and ensuring consistent excellence in execution across different countries.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing key regional client accounts across multiple marketsBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships at a senior levelDriving strategic planning and overseeing the execution of large-scale BTL campaigns, activations, and eventsLeading business development initiatives, including pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams across different countries to ensure alignment and high-quality deliveryOverseeing project performance, including timelines, budgets, and profitabilityIdentifying growth opportunities, upselling services, and expanding regional accountsMonitoring market trends and providing insights to support business decisionsSuccess in this role will be measured by regional account growth, client retention, revenue generation, and operational excellence.Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in account management within marketing, advertising, or events agenciesProven experience managing regional or multi-market accounts is highly preferredStrong background in BTL, activations, and experiential marketingDemonstrated success in leading client strategies and delivering large-scale campaignsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability managementAbility to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional and multi-country teamsDeep understanding of the MENA market is a strong advantageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldFluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on high-profile regional campaigns with leading brandsExposure to multi-market projects across the MENA regionA dynamic and fast-growing work environmentClear career growth and development opportunities
