Gamma International College is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Coordinator / Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations and support the financial management of the school.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating financial activities, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise daily financial and accounting operations.Monitor school budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and monthly statements.Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial record keeping.Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor cash flow and support financial planning processes.Coordinate with banks, vendors, and external auditors when required.Ensure compliance with school financial policies and accounting standards.Support procurement and payment processes in coordination with other departments.Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.Assist in audit preparation and provide required financial documentation.Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive information.Support the School leadership with financial analysis and reporting. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Previous experience in schools or educational institutions is an advantage.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
