We are hiring an Admin Assistant for a leading Advertising Agency in Giza. Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist team members to improve overall efficiency.Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionallyPrepare Quotations, reports, presentations, and documentsMaintain filing systems (physical and digital)Organize office operations and proceduresSupport internal teams with administrative needsOrder office supplies and manage inventoryAssist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangementsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred)1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support rolesStrong organizational and time management skillsVery good in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPointAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a corporate or agency environmentFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft OutlookBasic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
