Day-to-day tasks include contacting and following up with potential customers, presenting available properties, and explaining features, prices, and payment options. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and deals, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The team member will collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, stay updated on market trends in New Cairo, and represent EgyProperty in a professional and ethical manner.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Basic sales and negotiation skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a real estate environment.Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and property viewings.Customer service mindset, with a focus on providing clear information and a positive experience for all clients.Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools to manage client interactions and records.High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability in handling client information and financial discussions.Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.Preferred: Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, customer service, or real estate; familiarity with the New Cairo property market is a plus.
