The role involves managing property resale transactions, including listing properties, conducting market analysis, and advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies. The agent will meet clients, show properties in New Cairo and nearby areas, and follow up with leads to close deals efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of listings and client interactions, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The agent is expected to use their own car for client meetings and property viewings, and to represent EgyProperty professionally in all interactions.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales or resale, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets.Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients.Solid knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.Ability to manage multiple listings, leads, and transactions in a structured and organized manner.Proficiency in basic office and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email).Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
