The role focuses on developing and supporting new real estate sales professionals through structured training programs, coaching, and day-to-day guidance. Responsibilities include delivering sales and product training sessions, explaining real estate processes and regulations, and coaching trainees on effective customer interactions and negotiation techniques. The trainer will also assist in preparing sales materials, role-playing sales scenarios, monitoring trainee performance, and providing feedback to help them meet targets. Collaboration with sales leaders and management to update training content based on market changes and organizational goals is expected.QualificationsStrong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including property types, market dynamics, and basic legal principles.Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe), with understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to teach and model these skills to others.Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, managing client expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships.Previous experience in real estate sales, sales training, or coaching is highly desirable.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple trainees, sessions, and follow-ups effectively.Comfort working on-site in New Cairo and collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory if compensated by relevant experience.
