This role presents a unique opportunity to become central to the day-to-day health of an Amazon operation where small operational errors can create major commercial risk if not detected early.Role DescriptionWe're looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join our client's team. If you're a detail-obsessed, proactive marketplace operations specialist who thrives keeping accounts stable, detecting issues early, and building repeatable systems in high-stakes environments, this could be the opportunity for you. You'll play a crucial role in running structured daily checks, maintaining accurate trackers, and bringing a calm, solutions-first approach to resolving internal and Amazon-generated problems. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a fast-moving ecommerce environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Account Health – Check health of all global Amazon accounts daily; monitor performance notifications, compliance flags, suppressed listings, pricing issues, FBA fulfilment problems, and account standing risks.Issue Resolution – Investigate root causes quickly and thoroughly, propose fixes, apply changes after review, and maintain clean logs of actions taken and escalations required.Customer Communication – Respond to Amazon customer messages quickly, clearly, and professionally across global accounts; troubleshoot issues, provide product guidance, and flag recurring themes to management.Performance Monitoring – Track and interpret metrics that influence account stability and growth including account health, order defect rate, cancellation rates, Buy Box percentage, conversion rate, and sessions.Process Design – Build and maintain organised operating structure with repeatable daily and weekly checks, write simple SOPs where gaps exist, and keep internal trackers current.Financial Reconciliation – Reconcile Amazon reports monthly, identify discrepancies or missed reimbursements, and prepare clean summaries for Finance with early escalation of significant gaps.Sales Event Execution – Support planning and execution for Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, seasonal peaks, and Lightning Deals; ensure inventory positioning, listing compliance, pricing hygiene, and promotional setup are handled correctly.Minimum QualificationsAmazon Account Management – Strong and demonstrable Amazon account management experience with evidence of keeping accounts stable while supporting growth.Marketplace Tools Expertise – Hands-on experience using Amazon seller tool suites such as Helium 10 and SellerSonar, plus other tools for monitoring account health, keyword research, listing optimisation, competitor tracking, and inventory insight.Multi-Marketplace Comfort – Comfortable working across multiple Amazon marketplaces and understanding how operational errors can create commercial risk if not detected early.Operational Systems – Structured, analytical mindset; enjoy building repeatable operational systems; fast, calm, and methodical when problems arise.Bonus QualificationsFBA Expertise – Deep experience with FBA fulfilment, shipment management, and reimbursement processes.Large Catalogue Management – Experience managing Amazon operations for brands with extensive product catalogues across multiple categories.Company BenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.Typically, we work with our own laptops, but if you need any extra gadgets to do your best work, we've got you covered.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Thank you for taking the time to apply, we look forward to reviewing your application.
