Area Team Leader Engineer

The Area Team Leader Engineer at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for managing and leading a team of engineers within a specific geographic region. This role involves coordinating engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and optimizing resource utilization across multiple projects to deliver outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the engineering team in executing construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standardsCoordinate project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and performance metricsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team membersFacilitate communication between engineering teams and other departments to ensure alignment and collaborationMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growthImplement and maintain effective engineering procedures, processes, and best practicesPrepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountabilityAddress and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during project executionStay current with industry trends and developments to ensure engineering practices are innovative and efficientRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus5+ years of experience in engineering management or leadership roles within the construction or real estate sectorProven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutionsProficiency in project management software and engineering toolsFluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
