In this pivotal role, you will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all technical operations and maintenance activities across our facility. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of building systems, coordinating maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvements in our technical infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your engineering career while making a meaningful impact on facility operations and guest satisfaction.Monitor, implement, and coordinate daily technical service operations across all facility systemsExecute and oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, automation, and infrastructure systems within the buildingCoordinate engineering department activities and supervise maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality standardsPerform scheduled and preventive maintenance checks, identify system faults, and ensure timely completion of repairsMonitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS), adjusting settings according to seasonal conditions and Chief Engineer directivesCoordinate and supervise work performed by external contractors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and project specificationsOversee renovation and technical project works from planning through completionConduct periodic testing, maintenance, and inspections of fire alarm, safety, and firefighting systems to ensure continuous operational readinessExecute comprehensive maintenance and inspections of guest areas, rooms, and all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systemsTrack and manage work orders through technical software systems (such as Maximo and BMS), resolve deficiencies, and prepare detailed reportsIdentify material requirements, manage inventory levels, and place necessary orders in a timely mannerContinuously improve maintenance programs, update system records with new equipment data, and implement innovative solutionsRespond promptly to emergency situations and technical issues, demonstrating resilience and decisive problem-solvingMaintain transparent communication with the Chief Engineer, team members, and external stakeholders regarding project status and technical mattersQualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of professional experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or construction worksStrong technical knowledge of high-standard building systems, equipment, and infrastructureDemonstrated proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and technical software platforms (e.g., Maximo)Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate maintenance teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong attention to detailSolid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyProven ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations with composure and efficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusKnowledge of fire safety systems, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance best practicesExperience coordinating with external contractors and vendorsFamiliarity with budget awareness and cost management principlesCommitment to safety compliance and adherence to industry standardsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues with an inclusive and empathetic approachAdditional InformationEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide.Learning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!
