If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.Operational OversightSupport the Commissary Manager in overseeing daily operations and product distribution across all facilities.Monitor production activities to ensure schedules are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with operational requirements.Assist in maintaining product quality standards and operational consistency across the commissary.Team LeadershipSupport the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of commissary staff.Coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with company standards and operating procedures.Contribute to the development and performance management of production team members.Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.Quality Assurance & HSESupport the implementation and maintenance of quality control measures, food safety requirements, and operational standards.Monitor compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance across all operational areas.Process ImprovementSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve productivity, and minimize waste.Assist in implementing best practices and operational improvement projects.Budget & Cost ControlAssist in monitoring facility expenses and budget performance.Support cost-control initiatives and efficient resource utilization.Contribute to workforce planning, inventory management, and operational cost optimization.On-Time DeliveryCoordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support timely product delivery.Monitor order fulfillment and distribution processes to ensure service level targets are achieved.Reporting & AnalysisMaintain accurate records related to production, quality, safety, and operational performance.Assist in preparing operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.Utilize operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements.Crisis ManagementSupport the implementation of contingency plans to address emergencies, operational disruptions, and production challenges.Assist the Commissary Manager in coordinating response activities to minimize operational impact and ensure business continuity.ExperienceUniversity degree in mechanical engineering, food technology, process engineering, operation management, or similarMandatory minimum 4+ years’ experience in food production; preferability with poultry production / vegetable / salad production.Proficiency in quality control, managing budget, and production costingAdvantage with GFSI or related lead auditor experienceStarting up of new facility and factory experience
