Responsibilities:1. Handle internal communication & follow up with all Departments concerned with SMEs facilities’ cycle.with the main objective of speeding up the Approval & Booking Cycle (Departments include Risk Assessment,Investigation, Conformity & Credit Admin.…etc.).2. Follow up on all issues related to Credit Operations with concerned back-office departments to speed up theCredit Disbursement cycle.3. Ensure the regularity, utilization and proper implementation of the credit facilities granted to the client.4. Responsible for serving assigned accounts with the objective of providing efficient customer service throughproactive serving and timely coordination with other Support Functions/Head Office Departments.5. Access Workflow Tool to upload & track all SMEs Files and prepare pipeline reports and action planswhenever needed6. Maintain knowledge of the CBE rules and regulations governing SMEs clients. Prepare CBE rating, statistics,and periodic reports (such as provisions, overruns, and fiscal stamps).7. Manage registers, filing, and archiving of files. Preserve all original documentation of SMEs credit facilities(agreements, covenants, contracts, promissory notes…etc.) on a regular basis at the facilities’ documentationcustody center - Abu Rawash.8. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money.Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.9. Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business isconducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, InternationalStandards.Job Specifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Economics or MBA substitute.Experience:From 0 to 2 Years Experience in BankingSkills:Very Good analytical skills & attentive to detailsInterpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage different tasks and assignments in parallel and in a timely mannerVery good computer knowledgeFluent in spoken and written Arabic and EnglishWorking Conditions:Based in Branches
