Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Banking Customer Service Advisor. Responsibilities include assisting customers with banking inquiries, handling financial transactions, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide timely and accurate support to customers. QualificationsProficiency in customer service skills such as effective communication, problem resolution, and active listening.Strong knowledge of banking processes, financial transactions, and account handling.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital tools is highly valued.Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
