Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR), requiring a C1 level in English. Located in Giza, this position allows for a mix of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via calls or other channels, resolving issues effectively, providing accurate information, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.
