Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Giza, with the flexibility of working from home on certain days. The CSR will handle inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves accurately documenting interactions, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Proficiency in English at a C1 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer service and problem-solving skills to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues.Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Adaptability and teamwork skills to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Experience with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.Ability to work in a hybrid setup combining in-office presence at Giza with potential remote work.Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles is preferred but not required.
