Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries related to banking services, addressing financial and credit-related questions, resolving issues, providing insurance information, and delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and professionalism.QualificationsStrong understanding of Finance and Credit-related processesEffective Communication and excellent Customer Service skillsBasic understanding of Insurance services and terminologyProficiency in English mandatoryAbility to work in a hybrid environment with excellent time management skillsPrevious banking or call center experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
