In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models with a focus on ELV systems integration. You will work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless coordination and clash-free designs throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for electrical, lighting, and vertical transportation systems using industry-standard softwarePerform clash detection and coordination analysis between ELV systems and other building disciplinesCreate detailed 3D models and construction documentation from architectural and engineering drawingsCoordinate with MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize system layoutsPrepare BIM coordination reports and present findings to project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project-specific requirementsManage model updates and maintain data integrity throughout the project phasesSupport the development of construction sequencing and installation planning using BIM dataCollaborate with site teams to verify model accuracy and resolve on-site coordination issuesProvide technical support and training to project team members on BIM processes and toolsQualificationsProficiency in Revit (MEP modules) and advanced modeling capabilitiesStrong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordinationSolid knowledge of electrical systems, lighting design, and vertical transportation (elevators, escalators)Demonstrated experience in BIM coordination on commercial or large-scale construction projectsProficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design softwareExcellent understanding of MEP coordination workflows and construction documentation standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to organize complex information and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaborationExperience with BIM execution plans and project-specific modeling standardsKnowledge of Indian building codes and construction practices (preferred)Familiarity with coordination software and project management tools (preferred)
